  • diarrhoea or constipation
  • loss of appetite and weight loss
  • dizziness
  • blurred vision
  • dry mouth
  • excessive sweating
  • sleeping problems (insomnia) or drowsiness
  • headaches
  • low sex drive
  • difficulty achieving orgasm during sex or masturbation
  • in men, difficulty obtaining or maintaining an erection (erectile dysfunction)
